1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 99 Rebate's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Registrations that do not fulfil these requirements may result in account closure at any time.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Is an individual who is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

• Registering on your own behalf only — not on behalf of another person.

2 Player Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at 99 Rebate at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your password and OTP. 99 Rebate will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Please enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings page for added protection.

• Never share your password or login details with anyone.
• Log out after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.
• Update your phone number whenever it changes to ensure you continue receiving OTPs.

99 Rebate reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close an account for security verification purposes, particularly where there are signs of suspicious activity such as login attempts from unusual locations or irregular betting patterns.

3 Deposit & Payment

99 Rebate accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. Payments from overseas or any method not listed below will not be accepted.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's bank account or e-wallet are not permitted and may result in account suspension and a request for additional verification documents. 99 Rebate reserves the right to hold account balances pending investigation if there are concerns about the source of funds.

4 Withdrawal

Withdrawals at 99 Rebate are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit as a security measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the selected method and the processing time of the respective service provider.

• Withdrawals exceeding RM 50,000 in a single request require additional identity verification within 24 hours.
• Deposited funds must be used for at least one round of play before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted without written approval from our finance team.

• Rebates are calculated solely from legitimate real-money gaming activity.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 99 Rebate platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including account closure without compensation:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automation software, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players in poker or competitive table games.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means or collusion.
• Money laundering through the platform.
• Hedge betting intended to manipulate the bonus or rebate system.
• Using another person's name, financial information, or payment method without their consent.
• Posting offensive, threatening, or unlawful content on the platform.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 99 Rebate support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

99 Rebate reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request made by the player.
• Compliance with legal instructions or directives from competent authorities.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
